While Ron Lichty was a manager at Apple, he and his co-author Mickey W. Mantle (of Pixar) realized that managers hadn’t got much support for the transition to Agile. Ron and Mickey worked together and wrote Managing the Unmanageable (available where ever books are sold) to fill that need. Ron travels to organizations to help teams to hum like a well oiled machine.
